Dr. Yongmei WANG is an internal medicine physician at Jiahui Health. Dr. Wang obtained her six-year Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine from the PLA Second Military Medical University in 1990, before going on to work in the Cardiology department at the 85th People’s Liberation Army Hospital. In 2002, she obtained her doctoral degree after finishing her successive postgraduate and doctoral programs in the Cardiology department at Shanghai Changzheng Hospital affiliated to the Second Military Medical University.
During her time at the 85TH People’s Liberation Army Hospital from 2002 to 2017, Dr. Wang successively served as Associate Chief of Cardiology, Director of Gastroenterology, Interventional Radiology & Hematology, Director of Gastroenterology, Oncology & Hematology, and Academic Leader of the Nanjing Military Region Interventional Radiology Center. In 2008, Dr. Wang completed a half-year training in peripheral interventional techniques in the Interventional Radiology department at Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University. Dr. Wang has more than 30 years of multidisciplinary clinical experience in internal medicine and specializes in the treatment of various common, frequently-occurring diseases and complex diseases, such as:
• treatment and management of metabolic syndromes, including hypertension, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, hyperuricemia, and fatty liver
• diagnosis and treatment of fatigue syndrome, insomnia, anxiety, autonomic dysfunction, and climacteric syndrome
• treatment of cough-variant asthma
• treatment of cardiovascular complications in elderly patients with advanced malignant tumors;
• injury risk assessment and sports guidance
• interpretation of physical examination reports and everyday medical guidance
