2014: Promoted and appointed as Deputy Chief Physician of Pediatric Urology at Children's Hospital of Fudan University.
2015: Visiting Scholar at the Division of Pediatric Urology, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center (USA), where I received advanced training in: Minimally invasive laparoscopic urologic surgery, Da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery, Surgical correction of complex anomalies, including hypospadias, epispadias, and disorders of sex development (DSD).
2017 & 2021: Completed specialized training in pediatric kidney transplantation at: Organ Transplant Department (Renal Transplantation), Changhai Hospital, Second Military Medical University, Physician Training Base for Human Organ Transplantation, Kidney Disease Center, First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University. Obtained certification in kidney transplant surgery.

5.2014, Guangzhou, China: Outstanding Young Investigator Paper Award at the National Pediatric Surgery Symposium for "Laparoscopic Uretero-Ureteral Anastomosis for Mid-Ureteral Obstruction".
6.2019, Hangzhou, China: Excellent Paper Award at the 15th Annual Conference of Chinese Pediatric Surgery for "Single-Incision Umbilical Triangulation SITUS Laparoscopic Pyeloplasty".
