Professional Profile
Dr. Liang Wei, Chief Physician and graduate supervisor, holds a Ph.D. in Vascular Surgery. He is currently a multi-site practicing physician at Jiahui Health. Graduating from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in 1995, he is among China’s early pioneers in foundational research and clinical management of vascular diseases. Dr. Liang has conducted multiple academic exchanges at internationally renowned institutions, including Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic (USA), as well as Leipzig Park Hospital Endovascular Center (Germany).

As a member of the Global Lower Extremity Arterial Disease Expert Group, he contributed to the development of the 2019 Global Vascular Guidelines on the Management of Chronic Limb-Threatening Ischemia. Additionally, he participated in drafting several Chinese expert consensus documents:Endovascular Treatment for Aortoiliac and Femoropopliteal Artery Occlusive Disease, Clinical Use of Drug-Coated Devices in Lower Extremity Arteries, Endovascular Debulking Techniques for Lower Extremity Artery Interventions.
