Dr. LIU graduated from Tongji University (Clinical Medicine), holds a Master's degree from Shanxi Medical University, and the Hong Kong Diploma in Family Medicine. She was a Senior Visiting Scholar in General Practice at Monash University, Australia, and completed the General Practice Faculty Course at the Royal College of General Practitioners, UK. She formerly served as Chief of Family Medicine at The University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital and Deputy Director of the Office of the Shenzhen Medical-Prevention Integration International General Practice Project.

With over 30 years of clinical experience in tertiary and international healthcare settings, Dr. LIU provides holistic, evidence-based, continuous, and family-centered care. She specializes in common general practice conditions, chronic disease management (particularly cardiovascular and endocrine disorders), as well as emotional issues, psychosomatic disorders, and medically unexplained symptoms.

Academic Publications:
Nearly 20 articles as first or corresponding author in nationally core and SCI-indexed journals, receiving multiple awards from major conferences and journals.
