Michelle DING, MD, PhD
Dr. Michelle DING is Executive Director of Cosmetic Center and Chief of Dermatology at Jiahui Health, and standing member of the Second Medical Cosmetology Branch of Shanghai Social Medical Institutions Association. Dr. DING received her medical degree and PhD in Dermatology and Cypridology from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University. She has over twenty years of experience with general dermatosis and skin cancer, cosmetic treatment（different types of laser and injection treatment）, operation on complex skin diseases, and provides a full cycle skin health planning system—from skin assessment, internal root cause analysis, combined management, to long term maintenance—along with multidimensional medical aesthetic solutions.She was formerly a dermatologist at Shanghai Huashan Hospital, Shanghai United Family Hospital, and Shanghai Parkway Health. In addition, she won the Excellence Scholarship funded by the Swiss Government for her outstanding achievements in the clinical work of dermatology, and worked as a visiting scholar on skin cancer at Zurich University Hospital from 2013 to 2014. .

Jessica HE, MD
Dr. HE Rongrong, currently serves as the Deputy Chief Physician in the Department of Family Medicine at Jiahui Health. She obtained her master's degree from the Department of Cardiology at ChangHai Hospital, affiliated with the Second Military Medical University. She was also among the first group of physicians to complete standardized residency training in General Practice at Zhongshan Hospital, affiliated with Fudan University, and has been deeply engaged in frontline clinical work for nearly 20 years.
Dr. HE holds multidisciplinary professional qualifications, including being a board-certified physician of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) , with specialized certifications in Functional Medicine and Longevity Medicine from the A4M. She is also a certified International Lifestyle Medicine physician and a licensed psychotherapist. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Functional Medicine Branch of the Beijing Association of Integrative Medicine and a member of the Functional Medicine Professional Committee of the China Anti-Aging Promotion Association.
Dr. HE specializes in applying Functional Medicine principles to health management and intervention for healthy individuals, individuals with suboptimal health, and patients with chronic diseases, providing personalized longevity health guidance. QIU Ling, MD, PhD
Dr. QIU Ling currently serves as the Chief of Department of Family Medicine and Health Management Center at Jiahui Health. Dr. QIU obtained her medical degree at Tianjin Medical University, after a short period of clinical training, she went to the United States for doctoral level study and obtained Ph.D. degree in neuroscience at University of Louisville in 2000, followed by a 3-year clinical chemistry postdoctoral training. She completed her family medicine internship and family medicine residency program at Indiana University and University of Louisville School of Medicine. During her many years of clinical practice in America, she successfully managed a private doctor clinic and gained extensive experience. Before joining Jiahui, she served as a dedicated family physician to more than 500 patients. She is board certified for Family Medicine and has been working as a family physician in Washington state for more than 15 years. She is also board certified in Urgent Care Medicine by the American Board of Urgent Care Medicine, and holds a Physician and Surgeon license from the Medical Board of California.
Dr. QIU has extensive experience in end-to-end care for her patients, she has continued her clinical practice on ambulatory, hospital and emergency medicine. In addition, she is also well trained in preventive medicine and chronic disease management. Dr. QIU is BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certified.
Joan ZHONG, MD
Dr. ZHONG Yingjie is a Vice Chief Physician and Attending Physician in Family Medicine at Jiahui Health, with 12 years of clinical experience dedicated to patient-centered, integrated medical care. She graduated from Nanjing Medical University with a Master’s degree in Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases and completed standardized multidisciplinary training in Cardiology, Respiratory Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Endocrinology at Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital.
Dr. ZHONG completed the Jiahui International Hospital Family Medicine Fellowship Program from 2019 to 2021 and pursued advanced training at Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Children's Hospital of Fudan University, and Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital. In 2024, she expanded her international perspective and cross-cultural clinical competence through a clinical rotation at Swedish Hospital in the United States.

ZHOU Wei, MD, DBA
Dr. ZHOU Wei currently serves as an Attending Physician of Plastic Surgery and Deputy Chief Physician of Aesthetic Surgery at Jiahui Health. She earned her master’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and doctoral degree of Business Administration from Singapore Management University.Before joining Jiahui, she trained in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital under Professor Li Qingfeng, Vice Dean of the hospital. With over 15 years of clinical experience in medical aesthetics, she specializes in minimally invasive injectables, periorbital rejuvenation, combined facial light/energy based treatments, skin aesthetics and holistic anti aging therapies.
Dr. ZHOU holds a certification from A4M (American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine). She is deeply engaged in comprehensive anti aging medicine using a functional medicine approach, integrating internal physiological regulation with external aesthetic rejuvenation to establish a multidisciplinary anti aging management system. She offers specialized services such as functional medicine anti aging, whole body function optimization, and internal youthfulness management.
