Dr. LIU Fang, Chief Physician, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor. She serves as the Deputy Director of the Department of Ophthalmology, Director of the Day Surgery Center, and Discipline Leader in Cataract at the Tenth People's Hospital affiliated with Tongji University. Dr. Liu earned her medical doctorate from the Philipps University of Marburg in Germany and completed her postdoctoral fellowship in the subspecialty of the retina.
Specialties
•Diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of vitreoretinal diseases;
•Surgical treatment of various cataract types, including personalized refractive cataract surgery; implantation of toric or multifocal intraocular lenses (correcting astigmatism, myopia, and presbyopia); femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery; and complex triple procedures combining cataract surgery with management of retinal disorders, glaucoma, or high myopia.

•Awarded the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress at the provincial level as the primary contributor; awarded the First Prize of the "Star Light Program" for Scientific and Technological Innovation by Shanghai medical staff as the primary contributor;
