    Dr. WU received his medical degree from Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and earned his Master’s degree in Ophthalmology from Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. He trained under Professor Fan Xianqun, a distinguished ophthalmologist, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and former president of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.
