Dr. Carrie DU serves as a psychiatrist at Jiahui Health. She obtained her Bachelor degree of Clinical Medicine from School of Medicine at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) in 2003, and she started her career life at Shanghai Mental Health Center at the same year. In 2011, she was appointed as an attending psychiatrist, and obtained the national Grade II psychological Consultant qualification in 2007.

Dr. Du has 17 years’ experience in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, in which she has worked in the 3A specialized hospital（Shanghai Mental Health Center）for thirteen years, serving as resident psychiatrist and attending psychiatrist in male ward, female ward, special ward and geriatric ward respectively. She has accumulated solid professional knowledge, rich experience in diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric diseases, ward management experience, teamwork ability and basic diagnosis and treatment ability of internal and surgical diseases. Since 2016, she has served as a psychiatrist in a general hospital (Shenzhen Shekou People’s Hospital). She has mastered the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders such as depression, anxiety disorder, social disorder and schizophrenia, and provided rehabilitation advice and psychological education. She provides psychological counseling for clients with various psychological needs such as acute psychological stress, marital problems and workplace stress. Furthermore, she also provides psychiatric consultation for other departments of the hospital for a long time.

While working in the hospital, Dr. Du opened an online consulting room and made use of her spare time to provide convenience for patients, accumulating thousands of fans. She receives about 2 thousands of patients and clients every year, and provides them with psychological counseling and outpatient psychiatric treatment. In the first half of 2020, she was stationed in the isolation unit to provide psychological support and psychiatric treatment for the isolated people, and to perform her professional duties for the society during the special period.
