Dr. Kang is in charge of multiple technology promotion projects from Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Shanghai Education Commission, Healthcare Commission. So far, he has published many research papers, including 15 SCI papers. His expertise includes but not limits to: management of urinary system tumor, minimally invasive and comprehensive treatment for calculus, prostate disease and lower urinary tract functional disease.

Dr. Victoria KING is Deputy Director of FM Training Program and Family Medicine Physician in Jiahui Health. Dr. King obtained her medical degree from Warwick University in England, United Kingdom. Prior to this, she had completed her Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science at the London Metropolitan University where she achieved an Award for Outstanding Academic Performance. Dr. King went on to complete her qualification in General Practice/Family Medicine by the Royal College of General Practitioners in London, where she has a wealth of experience managing antenatal patients, babies and young families, as well as patients with disabilities. She also has additional experience in Women's Contraceptive Health where she gained her Diploma with the Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Health in 2012.

As a part of her varied experience, Dr. King spends part of her vocation dedicated to teaching junior doctors, as well as being part of a Mentor Programme to encourage younger students with interest in the Medical Field. Her career has also included roles as a Medical Advisor to large media corporations in the United Kingdom, such as the BBC where she developed her other passion in health promotion.

Dr. King has remained with a continuous License to Practice with the General Medical Council in the United Kingdom since her qualification in Medicine in 2007.

Dr. Tibor KOVACS MD, PhD, FRCS, FEBS Surgical Oncology, FEBS Breast Surgery, is the Honorary Chief of Breast Institute at Jiahui Health, and the Honorary Professor of Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center. He is specialized in breast cancer and reconstructive surgery, specializing in complex oncoplastic breast conservation techniques, immediate breast reconstruction and risk reduction surgery for high familial risk patients. Dr. Kovacs is a European Board Certified Surgical Oncologist and Breast Cancer Surgeon. Prior to joining Jiahui Health, Dr. Kovacs has worked at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust Breast Unit in London.

As a surgeon in breast cancer surgical research, Dr. Kovacs continues to work on innovations in breast cancer treatment that allow for the reconstruction of the breast as well as the treatment of the breast cancer. He promoted new technologies such as radio-guided surgery and breast reconstruction based on dermal flaps and biological meshes to achieve more natural beauty to achieve better aesthetic results without compromising the oncological safety of breast cancer surgery. He has developed at Guy’s Hospital a novel reconstructive technique called the pre-pectoral implant reconstruction which gives less side effects, quicker recovery and aesthetic results as well.

Dr. Kovacs has been involved in exploring and trialing novel techniques for identification and localization of non-palpable breast lesions with the scope of better patient journey, more precise localization. These techniques aim to reduce the re-operation rates for involved surgical margins and also to offer better patient satisfaction.

Moreover, Dr. Kovas is President of the European Society of Surgical Oncology (ESSO) for 2018-2020, Chair and founder of the ESSO Oncoplastic Breast Surgery Course, Faculty on several prestigious International Breast Surgery masterclasses and workshops, Examiner for the European Board of Surgery Qualification in Breast Surgery since 2010. He is also Honorary Senior Lecturer at King’s College London and Chair of BRESO the European Breast Surgical Oncologist certification project with the mission of promoting the standardized education and training of surgeons dealing with breast cancer.

Dr. Edison LAI is a dermatologist at Jiahui Health. He graduated from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University and received PhD degree in Dermatology and Venereology with the supervision of Professor LU Zhong, director of skin laser center at Huashan Hospital. He completed his residency training at Huashan Hospital. Dr. Lai specializes in diagnosis and treatment of common skin conditions. He also has wealth clinical and research experience in laser treatment for common pigmentation, vascular diseases, achieving facial rejuvenation by combining laser, chemical rejuvenation, radiofrequency, ultrasound and other micro plastic surgery technologies. Dr. Lai was involved in couple Shanghai natural science foundation projects, for example the efficacy of AOPT in the treatment of facial and neck hair follicle erythematomelanosis, the effect of Hemoporphyrin mono-methyl ether photodynamic therapy on the expression of VEGF in the skin lesions of port-wine stain, etc. Dr. Lai was the winner of National Photoelectric Beauty Operation Skills Competition. Dr. Michael TANG serves as a surgeon at Jiahui Health and participates in clinical work in general surgery department. Dr. Tang graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine and received his master degree. He completed his residency in Shanghai General Hospital and the surgical fellowship in Huadong Hospital. Prior to joining Jiahui Health, he served as an attending surgeon of general surgery department in Huadong Hospital.

Dr. Tang was dispatched in Morocco, North Africa, from 2017 to 2019, serving as a member surgeon of Chinese Medical Team Settat Branch. The first TEP operation as a minimal invasive surgical hernia repair in the town was performed by him.

While participating in clinical work, Dr. Tang also dedicated himself into international communication and cooperation. He actively participated in many international conferences, including the World Rural Health Conference, and passed USMLE computer tests.

Dr. Tang is specialized on minimally invasive surgical procedure, especially on laparoscopic hernioplasty, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, Choledochoscopy.

Dr. Fiona FENG is currently the attending physician of General Surgery at Shanghai Jiahui Medical. Dr. Feng graduated from the Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine in 2011, and then completed standardized residency training at the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Military Medical University (Shanghai Changhai Hospital). Prior to joining in Jiahui, Dr. Feng worked as am attending physician in the Minimally Invasive and Breast Surgery Department at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Military Medical University (Shanghai Changzheng Hospital). Dr. Feng has been in the medicine field for more than ten years and has accumulated rich clinical experience and operational skills in common and emergency surgical cases. She specializes in general surgery, surgical treatment of thyroid related diseases, digestive tract diseases, perianal diseases, abdominal wall hernias, etc.

Dr. Feng’s major specialties include but not limit to:

Dr. Peter LEE obtained his bachelor degree from Tufts University before going on to pursue his medical degree at the State University of New York in Brooklyn, graduating in 1996. In addition to completing a residency in family medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine, where he was elected chief resident, he attained a fellowship in rural family medicine from Tacoma Family Medicine. Dr. Lee served as head physician for an indigent rural clinic in the south of Texas by the Mexican border. He also served as clinical director in Washington for 9 years, and was in charge of a number of urban primary healthcare clinics, including a clinic for the homeless, and an alcohol and drug rehabilitation residential facility. He provided care to hospitalized patients, including pregnant women requiring cesareans and their newborn babies. During this time he also took on the role of teaching medical and nursing students and trainees. Before joining Jiahui, Dr. Lee worked at the International SOS Shenzhen Clinic.

Dr. ADr. Amber Lee currently serves as a Family Medicine physician at Jiahui Health.

She received her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University and then went on to complete her Master’s degree in pulmonology. She underwent the standardized general practitioner training in Shanghai. She completed the family medicine enhancement program after joining Jiahui Health in 2021. She is experienced in treating common diseases and in chronic disease management.

She is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association. 

Dr. Eric LI obtained his Master Degree of Pediatrics from Fudan University in 2008, and worked in Shanghai Children's Hospital in the same year. He is the first doctor who performed single port laparoscopic hernia repair and pyloromyotomy in Shanghai Children's Hospital. he was selected to join shanghai young physicians training programme and was recommended to train overseas in Osaka maternal and children's medical center, Japan, and Cincinnati Children's Hospital, the 3rd best children's hospital in USA for over 1 year. In 2015, Dr. Li joined in Redleaf and started his high end medical service. As the chief of the pediatric surgery department, he set up the department and operates smoothly.  With over 10 years of clinical and research work in pediatric surgery, Dr. Li accumulated extensive experience in treating common diseases in pediatric surgery and as a team member to diagnose and treat the severe diseases such as infectious shock and acute pancreatitis and other rare disease including conjoint twins and Giant bladder-small bowel-bowel movement dysfunction syndrome.
